Mona Yongpyong reported cumulative consolidated 2025 3Q sales of KRW 208.038 billion and operating profit of KRW 23.767 billion, up 7.4% and 15.3% year-on-year respectively. Improved profitability came from stable resort and hotel operations and cost-efficiency measures; operating margin rose 0.8 percentage points to 11.4%. Single-quarter 3Q sales and operating profit fell versus last year due to a base effect after large condominium sales were recognized early in Q2 from completion of the premium condo project “Rusongchae” (루송채). Resort operations — hotels/condos, golf, and other facilities — maintained year-on-year stable or better revenue. The hotel and condo segment grew 13% to KRW 22.582 billion thanks to higher summer occupancy, more family travel demand, and higher average spend per guest. The company is confident for Q4 with the upcoming ski season, increased domestic and international demand, winter packages and festival programs, and expects more overseas skiers following participation in the global multi-resort pass “Ikon Pass” (아이콘패스). Management said the 3Q top-line dip reflects temporary condo sales timing, while core resort operations continue steady growth into Q4.
