Metropolitan Museum Collection Special Exhibition in Seoul

The National Museum of Korea in Yongsan, Seoul, is hosting a special exhibition titled 'From Impressionism to Early Modernism: Collectors of Light,' featuring 81 works from the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Robert Lehman Collection. On display from November 14 through March 15, 2026, the show presents major pieces including Pierre-Auguste Renoir's "Two Girls at the Piano" and Vincent van Gogh's "Orchard in Blossom," marking the first time these Met holdings are shown in Korea. (Yongsan is a district in Seoul; the National Museum of Korea is the country's main history and art museum.)
