National Museum of Korea Opens Exhibition of Masterpieces from the Met

The National Museum of Korea in Yongsan, Seoul, will host a major exhibition titled "From Impressionism to Early Modernism: Collectors of Light" featuring 81 works from the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Robert Lehman Collection. Opening November 14 and running until March 15, 2026, the show includes famous paintings such as Auguste Renoir’s "Two Girls at the Piano" and Vincent van Gogh’s "Orchard in Blossom," marking the first time these Met holdings are shown in Korea. (Yongsan is a district in Seoul.)
