The National Museum of Korea in Yongsan, Seoul, opens a major exhibition titled “From Impressionism to Early Modernism: People Who Collected Light” on November 14, running through March 15, 2026. The show presents 81 works from New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art Robert Lehman Collection, many displayed in Korea for the first time, including Auguste Renoir’s “Two Girls at the Piano” and Vincent van Gogh’s “Orchard in Blossom.” The press preview on November 13 allowed attendees to view the collection ahead of the public opening.
