The 15th annual '2025 Korea Our-Sul (traditional Korean alcohol) Grand Festival' runs March 14–16 at the aT Center in Yangjae, Seoul, bringing together 122 domestic producers — the largest lineup yet. The three-day event, which typically draws about 20,000 visitors, showcases the diversity and value of our-sul through tastings, hands-on brewing experiences, and consumer-producer activities. The opening features awards for 18 prize-winning products from a prior judging and a blind-tasting contest for visitors. On March 15–16 attendees can bid on limited-edition bottles at an auction show, attend trend seminars and public consulting sessions with industry experts to discuss domestic and global market directions, and explore ways to strengthen the sector. The agriculture minister expressed hopes that our-sul will join K-food and other K-culture exports on the global table.
