Myeongryundang’s charcoal pork rib franchise Myeongryun Jinsagalbi has launched a three-day, on-site “Q.S.C improvement program” to raise operational standards at selected franchise locations. Q.S.C stands for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Company specialists will visit chosen stores nationwide over a roughly 10-week period (Oct 13–Dec 21) to conduct hands-on checks and improvements, including deep cleaning and layout changes, retraining in cooking and ingredient management, customer service and marketing support, and continued monitoring after training. The head office will also provide practical aid such as lighting upgrades, support for staff gatherings, marketing funds, and dispatch assistance. The program aims to fundamentally improve owners’ mindsets and store operations, strengthen customer satisfaction and brand trust, and create a cooperative growth platform between franchisor and franchisees.
