The 2025 MAMA Awards will be held at Hong Kong’s newly opened Kai Tak Stadium on Nov. 28–29, marking the K-pop ceremony’s return to Hong Kong after seven years. Organized by CJ ENM, the long-running awards (originating in 1999 as Mnet’s video music awards) will stage two nights expected to draw over 70,000 attendees. The event will stream live to about 250 regions and aims to be “Korean yet global.” Major K-pop acts across two chapters include Stray Kids, ENHYPEN, NCT, TWICE, SUPER JUNIOR, aespa and many more — 27 teams in total — with special performances, collaborations and multimedia stages tied to an original animation project 'K-pop Demon Hunters'. Hosts are actors Park Bo-gum (chapter 1) and Kim Hye-soo (chapter 2), and international presenter Michelle Yeoh (Yang Ziqiang) will appear. Producers promise ambitious stadium-scale productions, surprise guest moments, and a concept slogan “Uh-Heung” centered on joyful, uninhibited performance energy.
