A charming, emotional play All of Me is running at R&J Theater in Seoul's Daehangno from Oct 14 to Nov 16 with 34 performances. The story follows Gen-woo, a genius conductor who gradually loses his hearing, and Lee-yoo, a cheerful sign-language (수어) interpreter raised by a deaf father. Through their clashes and growing empathy, the play sensitively depicts the pain, denial, and adaptation that come with becoming disabled and questions social norms of “normal” versus “different.” The production features triple casting (three actors per role) for varied performances, actors performing sign language, conducting, singing and guitar, and aims to make culture accessible to audiences with disabilities. Discounts (early-bird, veterans/people with disabilities, family/friends, artist pass, group rates) are available via Naver ticketing. The company hopes the mix of sign language and music will open inclusive cultural experiences and spread a message of understanding beyond disability.
