Visitors enjoyed the 8th Pyeongchang Highland Kimjang Festival at Jinbu Town Sports Park on a holiday, making kimchi from crunchy highland cabbage grown in Pyeongchang. All ingredients are domestically sourced, and this year introduced a premium cabbage kimjang experience using seawater deep-sea salt (haeyang simseungsu) for brining. Reservations are available via the official website, phone, or on-site.
