At the 8th Pyeongchang Highland Kimjang Festival held at Jinbu Citizen Sports Park in Pyeongchang, a newlywed couple posed with homemade kimchi for a photo. The festival uses locally grown ingredients, especially crunchy Pyeongchang highland napa cabbage, and this year introduced a premium kimjang experience using salt made from deep sea water (haeyang simseungsu). Visitors can reserve through the festival website or phone, and on-site registration is also available.
