A study by Japan's Nagoya University suggests that the antioxidant luteolin, found in certain fruits, vegetables, and herbs, can help prevent or delay the onset of gray hair. The research conducted on mice showed that those treated with luteolin had significantly lower rates of gray hair. Luteolin-rich foods include celery, parsley, spinach, apples, and various berries. While no hair care products with luteolin are available yet, incorporating these foods into your diet may help in preventing gray hair.
