Singer-songwriter Lee Jae expressed immense joy after the soundtrack (OST) from the Netflix animated film K-Pop Demon Hunters earned a major Grammy nomination. The film’s song “Golden” was nominated for Song of the Year, one of five total nominations for the soundtrack. Lee Jae sang as the voice of Rumi, a member of the fictional girl group Huntrix, and co-wrote the lyrics and music for “Golden.” He credited fans and fellow vocalists Ray Ami (Joy’s part) and Audrey Nuna (Mira’s part) for sharing the honor. Meanwhile, BLACKPINK’s Rosé received three major nominations for “APT.” including Song and Record of the Year, and HYBE’s global girl group Catz-eye was nominated for Best New Artist and another category, with members sharing their excitement on social media.
