BBQ Songridan-gil Opens “Holiday in Paris” Pop-Up with French Holiday Menu and Decor

Genesis BBQ’s flagship BBQ Village on Songridan-gil launched a limited “Holiday in Paris” promotion through February, bringing Parisian Christmas vibes to Seoul. As the fifth chapter of its “World Travel with BBQ” series, the pop-up recreates French holiday cuisine and ambiance, done in official collaboration with the French-Korean Chamber of Commerce (FKCCI). The FKCCI participated in menu selection and tastings, and the promotion features seasonal items such as a Versailles afternoon tea set, Parisian chicken platter, Champs-Élysées brunch sets, café gourmand set, Parisian mushroom soup, jambon-beurre sandwich with cornichon (French pickles), and warm vin chaud (mulled wine). The Songridan-gil location is dressed with Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe window graphics, antique gold frames, a large Christmas tree, red velvet ribbons, and window photo zones to evoke the feel of spending the holidays in Paris. Genesis BBQ says the collaboration represents an industry-first branded reimagining and a move to offer cultural experiences beyond chicken.
