Air Premia's new cabin crew began their careers with a winter volunteer day at a Seoul children's home (지온보육원). Recruits, selected in the recent hiring round, spent the day cleaning fans, washing play items, and tidying window frames to make the living spaces more comfortable. This service day is part of the airline's social contribution program embedded in the newcomers' training to help them experience the value of sharing before taking on core company roles. After about three months of safety and service training, the trainees will finish their education with this volunteer program and begin official flights in mid-November. The airline says it will continue such programs to instill responsibility and empathy so staff can provide sincere service. A new crew member said it was meaningful to start as an Air Premia attendant through giving and that she will carry that warmth into her in-flight service.
