New Air Premia cabin crew started their careers with a winter volunteer day at Zion Childcare Center in Gangseo-gu, Seoul. Recruits cleaned fans, play items, and window frames to prepare a comfortable space for children. The activity is part of a social contribution program included in their training to instill the value of sharing before they join the company as key staff. Selected in a recent recruitment, the new attendants completed about three months of safety and service training and will begin official flights in mid-November after this one-day volunteer program. Air Premia says it will continue such programs to help crew internalize responsibility and empathy and deliver sincere service. New attendant Gu Uijeong said it was meaningful to begin as an Air Premia crew member with giving and that she will keep warmth toward people in her service.
