Newly hired Air Premia flight attendants took part in a winter volunteer day at Ji-on Orphanage in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, performing tasks like cleaning fans, washing toys, and wiping window frames to make living spaces more comfortable for children. The activity is part of the social contribution program included in their training, designed to teach the value of giving before they become core staff. The recruits completed about three months of in-flight safety and service training; after this one-day volunteer program they will begin official flights in mid-November. Air Premia says it will continue using such community programs to instill responsibility and empathy so attendants can deliver sincere service. A new attendant said it was meaningful to begin her career with an act of sharing and she will carry that warmth into her work. (Ji-on Orphanage = 지온보육원)
