Kkeunmam Halmae Sundaeguk, a Korean blood-sausage soup (sundaeguk) chain, has introduced three winter dishes: siraegi sundae-guk, bossam set meal, and assorted sundae. The headline item, “siraegi sundae-guk,” was developed with celebrated chef Im Myeong (known as a school-meal expert) and combines gently boiled siraegi (dried radish greens) seasoned with doenjang and a rich broth made from 100% domestic pork leg bones for deep flavor. The bossam set pairs tender boiled pork belly with rice, sundae broth, and side vegetables as a full-course meal suitable for lunch or family dining. The assorted sundae offers two varieties of local sundae—moist native-style and fragrant chive-meat sundae—served as a meal or drinking snack. The collaboration aims to deliver comforting, homey flavors rooted in Korean tradition and is available at the brand’s franchise locations.
