The Korea Racing Authority’s Horse Museum is accepting applications until the 28th for its 2026 invitational exhibition artists. Since 2009 the program has showcased 145 artists and serves as a launchpad for creators who interpret horses through art. Open to individuals and groups, applicants receive extra points if they are under 40 (young artists) or local to Gwacheon (museum location). Selected artists get six weeks of free exhibition space in the museum’s planned exhibition hall, promotional support (leaflets, banners, social media events), and a separate 700,000 KRW stipend for shipping and related costs. Application details are on the Korea Racing Authority website; submissions go to curator@kra.co.kr by 5 PM on the 28th, with results posted on the 30th at 2 PM. The 2026 invitational shows will run from March to November.
