Paradise Group Wins Top Award for Workplace Reading Management

Paradise Group received the top prize (Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Award) at the 2025 "Excellence in Workplace Reading Management" certification ceremony held at the National Library of Korea. The certification, organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Publication Industry Promotion Agency and overseen by the Korea Management Association Consulting, recognizes efforts to spread a culture of reading in the workplace. Paradise was praised for systematizing long-term roadmaps and running diverse reading programs, including an employee reading club called "Parabook Club" (파라북클럽), a reading leader training program called "Book Facilitator" (북퍼실리테이터), and an employee reading competition called "Paradise Reading Contest" (파라독서대전). The group, which launched the literary magazine "Dongseo Literature" (동서문학) in 1970 and officially declared a "reading management" policy in 2010, said it will continue to promote sustainable reading management to boost staff capabilities, organizational competitiveness, and the social value of reading.
