SM Entertainment reported robust Q3 results with consolidated revenue up 32.8% to KRW 321.6 billion and operating profit rising 261.6% to KRW 48.2 billion. Growth was driven by million-selling albums from artists like NCT DREAM, aespa and NCT WISH, expanded concert tours and merchandise (MD) sales, and strengthened intellectual property (IP) across generations—highlighted by 20th-anniversary activities from Super Junior and rising acts such as RIIZE. SM’s SM 3.0 strategy and the SMTR25 incubator are accelerating new artist development and global expansion, while portfolio optimization (including the merger of SM Studios and selective asset sales) aims to boost profitability and financial stability. A busy release and touring schedule through Q4 and into next year—featuring EXO, Red Velvet’s Irene, SHINee members, TVXQ and various NCT units—will sustain the company’s momentum.
