Park Jin-young, newly appointed co-chair of the Presidential Committee on Popular Culture Exchange and nicknamed a 'minister-level entertainer,' released his new single "Happy Hour" at 6 PM today, according to JYP Entertainment. The song — his first original release in about a year since "Easy Lover" — is a country-pop ballad written and composed by Park, featuring vocals by Park and Kwon Jin-ah. "Happy Hour" captures the comforting moment of plugging in earphones after work and easing a hard day. Park, who has been a leading figure in K-pop for over 30 years, aims to console those living intense lives.
