The National Museum of Daegu has opened 'Everyone’s Garden' along a rear promenade, showcasing 257 stone artifacts from the late Lee Kun-hee’s famed donation (about 23,000 items in total). Laid out along three paths—Haedam-gil, Woldam-gil, and Byeoldam-gil—the garden features diverse stone pieces including a six-meter five-story pagoda (o-chung seoktap), a commemorative gate for a filial son (jeongnyeomun), a Goryeo-era seated stone Buddha, and many stone guardian figures (seokinsang) with varied faces and expressions. The museum arranged the sculptures at different positions, orientations, and heights to encourage fresh perspectives, and planted native flowers and trees to blend art with nature. Museum officials say the donation transformed a private collection into public cultural heritage and invite visitors to enjoy the deepening autumn atmosphere in 'Everyone’s Garden'.
