APR presented a special 'MediCube AGE-R Booster Pro Ilwol O Bongdo Edition' to spouses of leaders from 21 APEC member economies at the 2025 APEC summit. The limited edition device, produced in collaboration with the National Museum of Korea, blends K-beauty technology with traditional Korean motifs: the device body features mother-of-pearl-style inlay of Ilwol Obongdo (a Joseon royal painting symbolizing the sun, moon and five peaks), the packaging opens like a folding screen decorated with the same motif, and the LCD shows the Gyeongju face-pattern roof tile known as the 'Smile of Silla' (a historic roof tile design). Accessories include a head cap inspired by traditional bridal ornaments jokduri and daenggi (traditional Korean hairpieces), a butterfly emblem from the APEC logo, a lacquered 'najeon' tiger hand mirror (museum goods), and a norigae (decorative tassel). The Booster Pro combines six functions—radiance, elasticity, volume, pores, vibration and LED—and APR plans to release the commemorative edition to consumers to showcase Korean cultural refinement and strengthen K-beauty’s global presence.
