Hansea (Hanseeshilup) transformed its C&T VINA dyeing and finishing complex in Vietnam into a greener, vertically integrated textile hub. The site combines in‑house fabric knitting, dyeing and sewing with new C&T G‑TECH post‑processing, producing up to 150,000 kg of fabric daily. To cut emissions and resource use by 2027, the company is installing solar panels, rainwater harvesting, reverse‑osmosis (RO) wastewater recycling, water‑saving dye controls and biomass boilers burning rice husk pellets—reducing carbon vs. coal by about 92%. The facility earned LEED green building certification and supplies eco‑sensitive global buyers like Gap, Old Navy, Uniqlo (Muji in Korean: 무인양품), Walmart and H&M. Building on the Vietnam model, Hansea plans a vertically integrated, eco‑focused complex in Guatemala with AI inspection cameras and similar green tech to expand access to the US market.
