Dubai Tourism announced the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) 2025 will run throughout November, transforming the city into a huge outdoor gym and promoting the “30×30” motto—30 minutes of exercise for 30 days. Now in its 9th year, the campaign invites residents and visitors to join large community events under the “Year of Community” theme. Highlights include the Dubai Run (which closes Sheikh Zayed Road), Dubai Ride (a city cycling event), Dubai Stand-Up Paddle at Hatta Dam, and kid- and family-friendly activities at three major Fitness Villages including DP World Kite Beach, Zabeel Park, and Al Warqa’a Park. About 30 local Fitness Hubs will offer free classes such as yoga, pilates, paddle tennis, cycling, and Zumba, while Hatta will host outdoor adventure races like the Spartan Race. For the first time, Dubai Tourism is partnering with Korean groups Runnable and Nol Universe to bring Korean runners who will train in Seoul and take part in the Dubai Run and other flagship events—a cross-cultural sports and travel exchange. The DFC is jointly organized by Dubai Tourism and the Dubai Sports Council with partners including DP World, Dubai Municipality, Mai Dubai, and RTA; registration and schedules are on the official DFC website.
