The 2nd Millak Luce Festa opened at Millak Waterfront Park (Minrak Subyeon Park) in Suyeong District, Busan, transforming a 450-meter stretch into a vivid display of sea-themed lights, media art and interactive exhibits. The festival, themed 'Onbit Maru' (a space where warm and diverse lights meet), runs through January 31, 2026. The event blends illumination, coastal scenery and hands-on activities for visitors to enjoy.
