Chosun Palace Seoul Gangnam will host a special collaboration dinner with Chef Jung Ji-seon, known from the Netflix series 'Black & White Chef', on November 18–19 at its 24th-floor fine-dining buffet restaurant Constance. Under the theme “The Aesthetics of Balance,” the event will feature modernized Chinese cuisine that blends tradition and contemporary techniques. Chef Jung, owner of the Chinese fine-dining restaurant Tien Mimi and famed as the “dim sum queen,” will prepare three signature dim sum items live at a station, including truffle shumai and the show's popular mala cream shrimp dim sum. Guests can also enjoy items such as Chinese-style radish rice cake (mu-tteok), pot-cooked rice (sotbap), and chef-finished noodle dishes. Constance regularly partners with international chefs each season, and this collaboration highlights a Chinese cuisine theme following previous Spanish, French, and Italian seasons.
