Local Uniform Shop Achieves 90% Student Satisfaction Ahead of Store RenovationCreatrip Team
a month ago
Gyeongnam Mojik, a regional school uniform maker, reported a 90% satisfaction rate among 150 student customers surveyed from January to June 2025. The company earned high marks for uniform quality, on-site alteration (수선) services, and staff friendliness. The survey was conducted ahead of a planned renovation of their large 40-pyeong (approx. 132 m²) store. CEO Do Gi-joon says the shop treats uniforms as “memory clothes” that accompany students through school, and the business has offered free repairs, three-year free after-service (A/S), and a tailored sizing system since its 2009 founding. A full-time alteration room (수선실) enables immediate fixes like button and zipper replacement. Gyeongnam Mojik plans a new school-specific product lineup for the 2026 intake, stronger ties with nearby schools in Banghwa-dong, and aims for 100% student satisfaction while remaining a locally focused, non-franchise uniform shop.
