Dongwon Group announced executive-level appointments for 2026, naming Yoon Seong-no as head of Dongwon Systems’ packaging division, Lee Jin-wook as CEO of Dongwon Technology Investment (a corporate venture capital, CVC), and Jung Hae-cheol as head of Dongwon Home Food’s China unit. Yoon, a long-time employee since 1997, will focus on bolstering packaging businesses (cans, PET, glass) and aseptic beverage filling as new growth areas. Lee, a finance veteran with experience at SMBC, BNP Paribas, and as CFO at DL Chemical, will lead the CVC to find strategic investments and nurture new businesses. Jung, with global food industry experience, will strengthen seasoning and condiment supply to Korean food firms operating in China. The group said the moves aim to place younger specialists in leadership to expand core areas—seafood, food, materials, logistics—and actively invest in new growth engines.
