The leaders shared so-maek (bomb cocktail of soju and beer) made with HiteJinro’s Chamisul soju and Terra beer using a 'Terra Tower' automatic so-maek maker; Huang liked it and ordered more. He also handed out Binggrae’s banana-flavored milk (bananamilk) to bystanders, boosting the drink’s profile as a K-food favorite among tourists. HiteJinro says inquiries about the Terra Tower and the "Tesla" so-maek mix have increased and plans to promote it globally; Binggrae is exploring ways to export its signature cup-shaped bananamilk despite a short shelf life. The cameo of these brands during a high-profile AI meeting is expected to raise their recognition as representative Korean food and drink products.
