Lee Hyung-jun, CEO of AchieveCoaching, won the '2025 Coach of the Year' award at the 22nd Korea Coaching Festival hosted by the Korea Coach Association. The award recognizes his contributions to the coaching industry, including developing Korea’s first team coaching model tailored for local organizations and leading AI-based coaching innovations. In 2023 he co-developed the 'Team Coaching ALIGN' model (a Korean-style team coaching framework) to drive individual growth and improved team interactions that produce organization-wide change. His book about the model won the Korea Coach Association’s Best Coaching Book award in 2024, and the ALIGN model is now used by global pharmaceutical, financial, and IT organizations. Lee emphasizes integrating AI into coaching—using it for session design, preparation, and follow-up—while keeping human values central, described in his 2025 book “AI Coaching Skill Upgrade.” With a coaching career since 2005, he has led organizational change projects for over 160 companies, shifting directive cultures toward autonomous, coaching-based teams and delivering results like improved psychological safety, communication, collaboration, and execution systems. He thanked fellow coaches and client organizations, pledging to remain a people-centered coaching partner in the AI era. AchieveCoaching, founded in 2020, operates an integrated coaching system connecting individual, group, and team coaching based on the ALIGN model to support leadership and organizational culture innovation.
