The menu emphasizes respect for nature and the essence of food, highlighting temple cuisine as more than tradition—it's a symbol of sustainable ecology and inner peace, says Naturement CEO Hong Seong-mi. The company, known for promoting the idea that “food is culture,” hopes this appearance will raise the global profile of Korean food-culture content and the domestic industry’s competitiveness.
