HagoHouse incubated fashion brand Ma‑Teng Kim has signed a five‑year distribution contract with Thailand’s retail giant Central Group worth 60 billion KRW (about 600 million THB) through 2030. Central Group, founded in 1947, operates department stores and flagship outlets across Southeast Asia and major European markets. Ma‑Teng Kim will open its first official store this November at Central Chidlom (a major Bangkok department store) and plans to expand to 20 standalone offline stores plus official online channels using Central’s extensive network. The brand decided to enter Thailand after noting a large share of Thai customers at its domestic stores and growing interest in Korean fashion and culture. Backed by HagoHouse, Ma‑Teng Kim surpassed 150 billion KRW in annual sales in 2024 and has boosted its global presence with APEC sponsorship, launches across Asia starting in Hong Kong, entry into Eastern European markets, and listing on Amazon.com in the U.S.
