The 2025 Content Universe Korea opened Oct. 31 at Goyang Flower Exhibition Hall in Ilsan Lake Park, running through Nov. 1 with the theme “Play Imagination.” The two-day event features 47 expert talks across three zones—Aurora, Connect Hub, and Techphoria—highlighting how content is reshaping industries in the Experience Economy. Organizers and government agencies emphasize that storytelling and immersive experiences now drive consumer value and industry revenue. Sessions include a Content Business Summit on brand storytelling and experiential marketing; an Innovation Forum on AI’s role in content creation, cost savings, and legal/ethical issues; and panels on game monetization models (subscriptions, NFT, ad-based) and global IP strategies from major Korean game firms. Attendees can also try AI-made film trailers, VR city walks, participatory narrative experiences, and virtual production demos. The festival showcases how AI, VFX, creator ecosystems, and partnerships are turning cultural content into measurable economic growth.
