Topten Kids announced it has halted sales, recalled all units and will refund customers in full for a children’s set called ‘Kids Cha Yoon Art Fleece Set - PINK’ after discovering an inappropriate English phrase on the garment. The product, created in collaboration with an external artist, was pulled from all online and offline channels immediately upon recognition and customers can receive refunds at stores, the official online mall, or the customer center. The company apologized, saying it failed to properly review the wording and vowed to fully reassess its product inspection program. The disputed print shows a rabbit inside a sock with the phrase “come inside me,” which critics say can be interpreted sexually and is unsuitable for children’s clothing.
