Gana Atelier in Jangheung, Gyeonggi opens its 13th Open Studio event on November 1, inviting the public to visit the working studios of about 50 resident artists. Organized by Gana Art Park with collaboration from Seoul Auction, the program fully opens Gana Atelier, Gana Art Park, and the Seoul Auction New Art Storage, offering a rare look at the full art ecosystem from creation to storage. The event debuts a collaborative “custom dalhangari (traditional Korean moon jar) project” by all resident artists, with pieces offered in an on-site event auction. In the evening, an “Art Night” combines music and visual art with DJ performances, turning the space into a cultural festival. Shuttle buses run between Gangnam and Jangheung for visitor convenience. The Open Studio, started in 2005, has become a key program for experiencing artists’ creative processes.
