The Shilla Seoul announced that four of its fine-dining restaurants have been included in the global gastronomy guide La Liste 2026. The listed venues are La Yeon (Korean cuisine), Continental (French), Aria-ke (Japanese), and Palsson (Chinese). La Liste, founded by former French ambassador Philippe Faure and ex-head of the French tourism board, ranks the world’s top restaurants and hotels and will reveal Korea’s No.1 restaurant and the global rankings at the main event in Paris this November. To celebrate, The Shilla will offer welcome canapés and champagne to guests visiting these restaurants from Oct 29–31. (La Liste is a prestigious international restaurant ranking guide.)
