Hotel Naru Seoul - MGallery is offering Singing Bowl Therapy classes in celebration of the upcoming Korean Lunar New Year. This wellness-focused event encourages guests to reflect on the past year and welcome the new year. Classes are themed 'Letting Go of Worries of the Past Year' on January 28, and 'Embracing the New Year' on January 29, coinciding with the lunar calendar. Held from 5 to 6 PM, sessions begin with meditation and light stretching, followed by experiencing the peaceful sound of singing bowls. The class is led by expert Ji-eun Kim from the Korea Resilience Association.
