South Korean fashion brands are expanding into Europe to reach global consumers. Matting Kim (마뗑킴) has placed accessories like bags and hats in select boutiques in Bulgaria and the Czech Republic and is considering more offline stores. Hansome (한섬) opened a TIME Paris pop-up at La Samaritaine and launched a Europe-focused line, “TIME Paris,” plus plans a SYSTEM Homme store at Galeries Lafayette in January. Hansome’s Paris flagship drew over 100 weekday visitors and exceeded sales targets. The push into Europe is driven by soft domestic clothing sales as Korean brands seek growth through local presence, platform entry, and dedicated global teams.
