2025 Inje Hachuri Dorikkae (Flail) Festival

Inje County, Gangwon Province held the 2025 Hachuri Dorikkae Festival on Oct. 25 in the mountain village of Hachuri. Locals reenacted traditional threshing using dorikkae (a wooden flail used to separate grain) to demonstrate old agricultural practices and rural life. The event showcased community participation and preserved cultural farming techniques.
