Ulsan’s Nam-gu district held the Wangsaeng-ro ArtOn Festival, turning the entire Wangsaeng-gil street into a cultural stage with music performances, street galleries, hands-on booths, busking, and a flea market. Local YouTuber “Changhyun Street Karaoke” led impromptu citizen performances, and indie band Ragebone gave a live set. The festival’s centerpiece, the Youth Art Fair, featured five young artists exhibiting and selling their works and art goods. Nam-gu Mayor Seo Dong-wook said the city aims to develop Wangsaeng-gil as a neighborhood-focused cultural and arts destination.
