YEONGAM, Oct. 25 — At the “Namdo Taste & Exhibition” held at the Kim Myung-seong Fermentation Research Institute in Yeongam-eup, chefs prepared sushi alongside fermented and regional dishes. Artisans showcased traditional Korean pottery (onggi) and presented a variety of fermented foods, local specialties, Japanese-style cuisine, and breads, drawing attention to the region’s culinary diversity.
