LG Household & Health Care (LG생활건강) announced a shareholders' meeting on June 10 at the LG Gwanghwamun Building in Seoul to resolve the appointment of Lee Sun-joo as an inside director. Lee was named CEO on June 1 after serving at L'Oréal and brings about 30 years of experience in global and domestic cosmetics, having led brands such as Kiehl's, Yves Saint Laurent (입생로랑), Mediheal, and AHC. The meeting will formalize her board role following the company's prior board decision.
