Hotel Naru Seoul – MGallery marks its 3rd anniversary by inviting Chef Pisut Nong Nahan, executive chef of the V Villas Phuket–MGallery Collection, for a three-day special dinner titled “Goût de Thaïland.” From March 29–31, the hotel’s modern French restaurant Boazang will present a unique multi-course menu blending French technique with Phuket’s multicultural Thai flavors and spices. The menu includes amuse-bouche, Hanwoo beef tartare (Korean premium beef), grapefruit scallop tartlet, shrimp ceviche, charcoal-grilled sea bass wrapped in banana leaf, homemade pineapple sherbet, filet steak as the main, and a mille-feuille with vanilla-chocolate mousse, roasted banana and coconut ice cream for dessert. The dinner is priced at 130,000 KRW per person and is available for dinner only during the three days.
