BuaJang, the modern French restaurant at Hotel Naru Seoul MGallery, will host a special Thai-themed dinner from the 29th to 31st, featuring guest chef Phisut Nong Nahan from V Villas Phuket - MGallery Collection (a luxury private pool villa resort). Chef Nong, who trained from age 16 and has led kitchens at internationally acclaimed restaurants, blends traditional Thai flavors with modern techniques. To mark the hotel’s 3rd anniversary, the collaboration brings Thai ingredients and methods into BuaJang’s French-style tasting menu: amuse-bouche, Korean beef tartare, grapefruit scallop tartlet, shrimp ceviche, charcoal-grilled sea bass wrapped in banana leaf, a filet steak main, and a mille-feuille dessert with vanilla-chocolate mousse, roasted banana, and coconut ice cream. The three-night dinner is priced at 130,000 KRW per person and is available for dinner only.
