CJ Olive Young launched ME:RACLE, a social contribution brand promoting “healthy beauty” and positive change starting from the individual. The company’s first focus is supporting youths leaving childcare facilities as they prepare for independent living. The flagship program, “My First ME:RACLE,” offers practical K-beauty and wellness training, career exploration, and mentorship; applications are open until Nov 5 and 50 participants will be selected for five months of training (Dec–Apr) including makeup certification, skincare practice, in-store mentoring by beauty consultants, and talks by professional makeup artists. Top graduates may earn a place on a U.S. “global insight trip” to experience international beauty industry trends. ME:RACLE also expands the former “Pink Box” hygiene aid into “ME:RACLE BOX” to support daily needs and growth of youths preparing for independence (자립준비청년). CJ Olive Young plans to continue sustainable social value efforts in partnership with customers, brands, and communities, building on other initiatives like the UNESCO-linked girls’ education campaign and employee matching donations.
