The Daegu Philharmonic Orchestra is hosting a special concert 'Historical Moments' on February 28 at Daegu Concert House Grand Hall in honor of Daegu Citizen Week and the 65th anniversary of the 2.28 Democratic Movement. Daegu Citizen Week is held annually from February 21 to 28 to celebrate the spirit of Daegu, with various cultural events. Under the direction of music director Baek Jin-hyeon, the concert will feature works by composers like Sibelius and Bizet. The event aims to reflect on the spirit of Daegu citizens and the significance of the 2.28 Democratic Movement.
