Welcome Week 2025 Kicks Off at Incheon Airport

South Korea launched 'Welcome Week' on Oct. 23 to greet foreign visitors ahead of the 2025 APEC summit and the peak travel season. The Culture Ministry and the Korea Visit Year Committee will run hospitality events from Incheon International Airport and other hubs—including Gyeongju Station, Gimhae Airport, and Busan Port—through Nov. 9. The initiative aims to offer a warm reception to inbound tourists during the busy period. (Gyeongju is a historic city known for its UNESCO heritage sites.)
