hy introduced two ready-to-eat winter noodle dishes called ItsOn Winter Noodles: “ItsOn Anchovy Perilla Kaljebi” and “ItsOn Clam Kalguksu.” The Anchovy Perilla Kaljebi pairs deep anchovy broth with nutty perilla (deulkkae) powder and combines hand-torn dough pieces (sujebi) with knife-cut noodles (kalguksu) for a hearty, savory bowl. The Clam Kalguksu features a clear, rich broth made from clams (bajirak) and chewy noodles that blend well with the soup. Both products are easy to prepare and can be customized with meat, seafood, or vegetables.
