The Iksan Doldol Festival, showcasing the stone industry alongside culture and art, will be held from May 25-26 at the Iksan Stone Products Exhibition and Promotion Center in Hwangdeung-myeon, Jeonbuk. As the country’s largest stone culture event, the participatory festival offers sand experiences, stone craft displays, and stone-handling activities. A new Hwangdeung quarry observation deck allows visitors to view an active stone extraction site.
